1. Log in to your account and select the survey whose URL you'd like to customize.
2. Navigate to Get responses and select Customize survey link
3. Customize the link
Alternatively, while in the survey builder, click Share, then the edit icon
Replace the default string with your desired custom text and click Save. If changes still don’t reflect, try logging out and then back into your account to refresh your session.
Don't forget to share the customized URL with your respondents!

Resolving Disabled or Expired Survey Links
If your survey link appears disabled or expired, it could be due to the survey being inactive. To correct this:
Open the survey in your Survio account.
Navigate to the survey settings.
Turn the survey ON (activate it). Once the survey is active, the link should work, allowing respondents to access and complete it.
