Individual responses

You can analyze each response individually. If email campaign or Get parameters used, you can connect the responses with individual respondent.

Accessing and analyzing survey results in Survio is essential for understanding your data and drawing actionable conclusions. This guide outlines step-by-step instructions to help you view results, analyze specific types of responses, and manage your survey data efficiently.

  1. Log in to your Survio account.

  2. Navigate to the dashboard and select the survey you want to analyze.

  3. Open the Results tab to review the overall survey results, including summaries and visualizations of responses.

  1. Alternatively, click the three dots in the lower right corner of the survey card on the main page and select Results.


Next, click Individual responses from the left-hand menu.

A table will display, where each row represents a submitted survey (one row = one answered survey), and the columns represent your survey questions.You can also view specific types of responses, such as 'Other (Please Specify)' free-text entries or long open-ended responses, by navigating to the Individual Responses section and selecting the relevant entry.



  • You can click on any individual response to see more details, such as:

  • The source (e.g., direct link, email invitation),

  • Elapsed time- For 'Other (Please Specify)' responses, locate the question containing this option and review the free-text entries provided.

  • To access complete text for long open-ended responses, click on the individual response entry to view the full survey answer.


Downloading results

Free users

  • Can view the first 100 responses within the app but cannot download them.

Paying customers

  • Can download results based on their active premium plan.


Managing answers

Hide or delete responses by marking them in the table and selecting the hide/delete option.

Hiding or deleting answers can be helpful when working with test data, or when respondents have submitted duplicate answers.

A hidden answer is not included in the final report but is not permanently deleted.


A deleted answer is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
