Managing individual survey responses in Survio is a straightforward process. Whether you need to delete or hide a response, you can do so through the Results section. Below are the steps to manage your survey responses effectively.
What happens when you hide a response?
Hidden responses are excluded from your survey report and won’t appear in the in-app results analysis.
Hiding Individual Responses
Navigate to the Individual responses section of your survey. You can do this by either selecting the survey and clicking Results in the upper menu, or by clicking the three dots in the lower right corner of the survey card on the main page.
Mark the responses you want to hide and click Hide. Once hidden, the row will be greyed out, and an orange icon will appear next to the question.
Deleting Individual Responses
Navigate to the Results section of your survey.
Open the Individual Results view.
Locate the response you wish to delete.
Use the delete option to remove the selected response permanently.
Important:
Hidden answers can be restored and included back in your survey report.
Deleted answers cannot be restored, and Survio’s employees cannot recover deleted answers.
