Both monthly and annual subscription, paid by credit card, can be canceled at any time, via your account settings.
All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, which ensures uninterrupted services unless canceled.
Auto Renewal takes place exactly one month after first purchase of the licence. During the period of the subscription purchased, you can cancel the licence renewal at any time in your account settings.
If you have a licence PRO Business, reach out to our team for the cancelations.
For the PRO Business, Starter, or Medium plans, ensure you contact support to confirm your cancellation and resolve any questions.
Following licence can be canceled (or cancel the renewal) only by our customer care team:

With invoice payments, no cancelation is needed. You are not contractually obliged to renew the licence if not interested.
Refunds for already paid invoices are not offered.
To cancel your subscription (renewal)
Survio's cancellation policy allows you to deactivate auto-renewals anytime through your account. At any time of your subscription, you can cancel the renewal of the licence. There is not a obligatory period of licence period. You can cancel the licence renewal by yourself or by request to our customer care team.
How to cancel the renewal of the licence by ourself:
1. Go to the Subscription & Billing section under My Account
2. Click on Cancel subscription (end of the page)
You will still have access to premium features until your account reverts to the free mode.
During this time, you can still upgrade or reactivate your subscription if desired.
If the Cancel subscription button is missing, you may either be subscribed to the PRO Business, Starter, or Medium plan, which requires contacting support to cancel, or you may have already canceled the renewal. If you're unsure, feel free to contact support to confirm your subscription status.
