If you decide to stop using premium services, simply cancel the subscription. Ensure that you have received a cancellation confirmation to avoid unexpected renewals.

Your premium services will remain active until the end of the pre-paid period, after which your account will revert to the free mode.

What does this mean?

  • Your account will switch to free mode, meaning you lose access to premium features like email invitations, downloadable results, or custom URL addresses.

  • You will only see the first 50 responses per month (the limit for free accounts). Any responses exceeding this limit will be stored for 30 days, after which they may be deleted if your account remains on the free plan. However, answers collected during your paid subscription will not be deleted. - You can cancel your subscription at any time without losing access to paid features before the prepaid period ends.

  • If you face any issues during the cancellation process, contact Survio’s customer support for assistance.
