How to purchase a monthly subscription

Within our plans, you can purchase annual or monthly subscription. Here is short manual, how to purchase monthly subscription.

Survio offers flexible monthly subscriptions for all premium plans — Mini, Standard, and PRO Business. Monthly billing lets you pay as you go without a long-term commitment, and you can cancel or switch plans anytime.

Good to know: All monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.


How to purchase a monthly subscription

Option 1: From your Survio account

  1. Log in to your Survio account

  2. Click the "Upgrade" button in the upper-right corner of your dashboard.

  3. On the pricing page, select the plan that suits your needs (Mini, Standard, or PRO Business).

  4. Make sure "Monthly" billing is selected (toggle at the top of the pricing table).

Click "Select" on your chosen plan and proceed with the payment

Your premium features will be activated immediately after a successful payment.

Option 2: From the pricing page

  1. Visit our pricing page.

  2. Select the "Monthly" billing toggle.

Click "Select" under your preferred plan. As next you log in to your account and you can proceed with the purchase.


Upgrading from an existing plan

If you're already on a monthly plan and want to upgrade:

  1. Click the "Upgrade" button in the upper-right corner of your dashboard.

  2. Select your new plan.

  3. The system will automatically calculate the prorated amount — you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current billing cycle.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Subscription and select annual billing. You'll benefit from significant savings.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, all monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from Account Settings → Subscription and Billing

When does my subscription activate?

Immediately after a successful online payment.

Can I get an invoice for my monthly subscription?
Yes. After payment, invoices are available in Account Settings → Subscription and billing.

If you need a pro-forma invoice, contact our Sales team. Proforma payments are possible only for annual licences.
