- Net Promoter Score® (NPS®)NPS question asks respondents how likely they are to recommend a product or service on a 0–10 scale.
- Single choice questionMost frequently used question type. Give your respondent various answer options, where only one answer can be selected
- Multiple choice questionQuestion type used in cases, where you want respondents to select more than one answer from predefined options.
