Net Promoter Score® (NPS®)NPS question asks respondents how likely they are to recommend a product or service on a 0–10 scale.
Single choice questionMost frequently used question type. Give your respondent various answer options, where only one answer can be selected
Multiple choice questionQuestion type used in cases, where you want respondents to select more than one answer from predefined options.
Text answerLet respondents type their own answer in their own words. Great for detailed feedback, personal opinions, or explanations rather than choosing from predefined options.
