Both monthly and annual subscription, paid by credit card, can be canceled at any time, via your account settings.
If you have a licence PRO Business, reach out to our team for the cancelations.
With invoice payments, no cancelation is needed. You are not contractually obliged to renew the licence if not interested.
To cancel your subscription (renewal)
1. Go to the Subscription & Billing section under My Account
2. Click on Cancel subscription (end of the page)
You will still have access to premium features until your account reverts to the free mode.
If the Cancel subscription button is missing, you may either be subscribed to the PRO Business, Starter, or Medium plan, which requires contacting support to cancel, or you may have already canceled the renewal. If you're unsure, feel free to contact support to confirm your subscription status.
