Individual responses – raw data for each submitted survey (the actual answers).
Summary of your results – automatically processed, ready-to-share reports.
Free accounts cannot download any type of report. The available file formats depend on your plan, as shown below.

Note
If you plan to cancel your subscription, make sure to back up all individual responses and summary results from your surveys before your premium plan expires. Once your account is downgraded to the free version, you will lose access to download your results. Your data will be stored on our servers for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
